Are your products suitable for vegans?
All of our products that are suitable for vegans are marked as such (in green) under the product name on the product details page.
Can I collect or buy direct from you?

Yes, you are more than welcome to come in to our Plymouth Market stall The Nut House, and Collect your order or purchase the products from us there.

All mixes must be pre-ordered, at least 24hrs before.

Do you sell sugar free products?

The only products we sell without added sugar, are the natural nuts and seeds.

Does your Dark chocolate products contain Milk?

Yes, all of our dark chocolate products contain WHEY (MILK). 

 

How are the products packed?

Our products are packed in heat sealed plastic bags for freshness.

And then securely packed in cardboard boxes for posting purposes.

How should I store the products I buy?

All of our products once opened need to be stored in a airtight container, in a dry, cool location, away from a heat source and direct light.

Keep the products away from sources of strong odours which can adversely affect the flavour.

What Allergen risks do your products pose?

All of our products have been in contact with TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, from the manufacturers through to us.

Each product has an ingredient list with allergens in BOLD. (Please check ingredients or ask before purchasing)

Other allergens that may be used or in contact with are MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS, CEREALS (WHEAT, OATS), MILK (WHEY), SULPHUR DIOXIDE, SULPHITES, SOYA,  and EGGS.

What are your postage areas?

We deliver via Royal mail, and DPD to the United Kingdom mainland only, at the moment.

What is the Shelf life of your products?

We sell so many different types of products, which all have different shelf lives, this could be 2 months up to 9 months on average.

Where is my order?

We normally take 1-2 days processing orders and posting them, if you place an order after 15:00 on a Friday your order will not be posted until the following Monday. My premises in the market is closed on Sundays.
